Invenco’s leaders met on August 20 with Mr. Yuichiro Shimizu, Patent Attorney from Shiga International Patent Office in the Hanoi head office for a cordial exchange that touched on the remaining problems on the Vietnamese IP market, the trend and utilization of the IP, and the revision of the IP in the country. The meeting saw the meaningful conversation between the Japanese Materials Expert and a special person, Hero of Labor, Prof. Doctor of Science, Tran Vinh Dieu, the leading professor in the filed of new material technology in Vietnam.

In the meeting, Ms. Le Xuan Quynh, the president of Invenco shared her views on the IP development in Vietnam, as well as the potential change of the IP law to meet criteria of the CPTPP, (TPP-11), and the other new generation FDAs between Vietnam and international partners, e.g. EVFTA; VN-EAEU FTA; VN–EFTA; VKFTA.
